Code Vetting: Our vetting process aids reimbursement by reducing denials due to incorrect Medical Necessity codes and modifiers.We review super bills add missing modifiers, arrange them per RVUs, and tag the correct Medical Necessity ICDs for each CPT.

Charge Validation: Charge reports are run for posting dates. These are reviewed for missing modifiers and Medical Necessity ICDs. If available, EMR records are reviewed to ensure all documentation supports the entered codes.

Core Coding: Transcribed reports and/or handwritten medical records are reviewed to arrive at correct CPT and ICD codes and required modifiers.
